Peterborough and Culture Leisure Trust Gender Pay Gap Reporting – 2020/21
The information provided is to the snapshot date of 5th April 2020 when the organisation was known as Vivacity LTD. In line with the published calculation guidance furloughed staff are excluded from the reporting data. On 5th April 2020 over 96% of staff were furloughed which has resulted in only 14 employee’s data being included within the calculations. This represents a very small sample size of <4% and significant challenges in drawing an informed conclusion regarding equal pay.
Just over 8 months after the snapshot date, on the 1st December 2020, the majority of activities and 95% of staff were transferred out of Vivacity LTD. At this time the organisation was renamed Peterborough Culture and Leisure Trust, with only a small team of 10 remaining to continue operating the Lost World visitor attraction at Serpentine Green.
